Very very quick post today, as I'm already supposed to be on my way. Today I'm visiting Washington University in St. Louis and Saint Louis University (SLU), which I'm really looking forward to. I wanted to wear a black creme after a
recent post from Polish Police, so I grabbed Rimmel Black Satin. This is two coats with top coat.
shade, natural light (at my hotel window)
Please excuse my dry fingers; travel is not kind to them. Have a great day!
Very nice black!! Have a good visit ;)
ReplyDeletenice black. it looks very jelly like.
ReplyDeleteLove the black!Have fun at your visits :D
ReplyDeleteSo shiny! Good luck with schools. BTW I tagged you in this post http://polishfreshie.blogspot.com/2010/08/10-things-flower-pretties.html
ReplyDeleteGood luck on your visits!
ReplyDeleteOh Oh Oh it looks soooo gorgeous. When I first looked I thought it was dark green....surprised to read balck....had to look again. LOL
ReplyDeleteI want to get that polish. :)
Hope your visits went well. :)
Love,
Inga
PS Isn't family nice...now my mom's guesblogging too...HA HA HA I'm just waiting for my dad next....but I would be scared to see what he'd write.
Do you have siblings?
Tasha- Thanks! I did. :)
ReplyDeletePretty- Thanks - I like that it has a jelly-like finish but that it's very opaque unlike a lot of jellies.
Ria- Thanks, I did! It was very hot though.
Freshie- Thanks! And thanks for tagging me. :)
Jana- Thanks! They both went very well.
Inga- Yeah, I think the reflections make it look green...I tried to get a picture without any reflection, but it's so shiny that I couldn't do it! :) My visits did go well, but it was the hottest day of the year, so maybe not the best day for a campus tour. :) I don't have any siblings, but I do have a LOT of cousins.
Ooh, I have this but haven't tried it yet. Looks gorgeous on you.
ReplyDeleteABOP- Oh, you should, it's a great black. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteOoh I like it!
ReplyDeleteAurora's Nails- Thanks, I'm glad!
ReplyDeleteHa, it's a good reflector. This polish is a lot better than other black polishes I've tried, it goes on thick and opaque with one coat. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree about WnW Black Creme…it's by far the best I've tried, and it's only a dollar! How could you go wrong? :)
